Receiver pairing instructions
Turn on the receiver (green light flashes slowly). Press the receiver pairing button (marked BING on your instructions) until it flashes quickly, then turn on the transmitter. A steady green receiver light indicates an established link.
Fail-safe settings — important
The receiver throttle failsafe default is a 1500 neutral/center value. Do not change this without a specific need and confirmation of motor and receiver compatibility. Keep the propeller clear while testing.

No. This model specifies a 48V DC power system. Select batteries and electrical protection that meet the motor's documented voltage and current requirements.
What kind of boats is this electric motor intended for?

What can I control using the wireless remote?

Quiet power for the lake
55 lb of thrust moves my 14ft aluminum boat easily and it's whisper quiet. The wireless remote is a game changer - steer from anywhere. 48V means good runtime.
Smooth and silent
Took it on the inflatable up north. Remote control is super convenient and the thrust is plenty for two people. No fumes, no noise - just peaceful fishing.

Converted the dinghy to electric with this. 55 lb thrust planes nicely and the remote means I'm not tied to the transom. Very pleased.
